Our extra heavy duty flatbeds are constructed of 6" & 4" structural channel

All corners are mitered, welded and ground smooth for rugged beauty.

The corner lights are punched, recessed and grommet mounted below frame rails.

Standard Specifications

6" x 8.2#  structural channel outer rail

4" x 5.4# structural channel crossmembers on 12" centers (8" or closer optional for extreme duty)

External pockets on 24" centers with 3/8" x 2-1/2" rub rail will accept standard 2"x4"

3/8" x 2-1/2" External rub rail

Deck options include: 2"x6" Western Fir, 1/8" & 3/16" Smooth Steel or Treadplate

Our steel decks have a sub-floor of 2"x4" full "C's" that prevent the deck from wash boarding.

Steel over wood is also a factory option.
